Hello from Columbia, SC. Somebody has to live here!! Retired, still have family businesses with my brother, collect electrics and acoustics, 62 to date and my first Telecaster coming next week. Not your everyday Fender, I have a 50th Anniversary Strat which is my only Fender, I prefer "not so corporate" models and humbuckers for the most part. I do have Alvarez/Yairi, Gibson, Martin, Takamine, Schecter Custom Shop models and other vintage and not so vintage guitars. Five amps, boutique and mainstream. Hate a bunch of pedals, rather have multi-effects and save the money for my guitars. Collecting since 2004, lost them all(14) but I kept my Breedlove Masterclass, in the 2008-10 recession and bounced back when my parents passed in 2018 and my brother and I inherited a sizable estate and retained several businesses, sold many! I love a good deal, love to make a good offer and really love it when the guitar arrives at the door!! So, here we go...

Welcome to the forum. Other than your dislike for individual pedals you and I are good to go. :) I'm a big fan of vintage Alvarez and Martin and love boutique amp builds.

Here we go. Just some in different positions, not porn, and selections. I have them all over the house and some sleeping in closets in their pajama cases. I will post some rare models and colors that most people do not know about or have. There are many out there. I'm not special, I'm well learned and have the business mind that my Dad passed down to me.

I buy with the strategy that if I need to sell, I will make 20% minimum over what I have invested. To date I have over $80K invested. My wife and I are still married and she had me buy the two Martin OMCE Blue Edge Burst, Martin Custom Shop 2019 and released in 2021 due to Covid in picture #2. Sam Ash only and limited to #50. We own #33 and #36 that you see on the wall with the Takamine 2021 LTD Blue Rose. Google that, it is impressive and I started my guitar playing in 1977 at Lees-McRae College in Banner Elk, NC, Guitar 101, and the it was on. My first three were a Cordoba Classical, then to a Takamine F-349 and 1985 Adamas Ovation Elite. I have none of those today. Love to have the last two and and still seeking them today.

I only buy Mint/Excellent and let the previous owner pay the depreciation. I don't sell because I don't have to! I own 4 NEW guitars and the rest are "used" and I use that term loosely ENJOY!!!

There are several very rare guitars in these pics and see if you can pick them out and give me the specs! I collect Epiphone Elite/Elitist and that is what you see in pic #4, only 6 of my 14, in LP's and SG's only! You recognize picture #5? Name it, the model, maker and your guess of the year made. Hint: First year run and DEAD MINT! There are about 20+ on Reverb currently and none is this condition. I play all of my guitars on a rotating basis, acoustics and electrics. It is a passion, an obsession and a love! I have three, my wife, my son and my guitars. Questions, please ask. I love to discuss anything related to guitars and acquisition.
