    Hi again.

You know, I just watched that, and the following vid full def & full screen on my big retina screen with the audio coming through my AudioEngines loud, and it was a flippin' aural and visual experience.

I didn't feel bad before, not at all, but I feel better now. Amen for the transcendent, transformative, restorative power of music.

    Hi.

I'm stuck. Just cos it's already the 14th here, doesn't mean much unless it's a download. I still do CDs too, as much as possible. But the soonest I can get one seems to be "within one to two months."

    Oh well.

    Hi again.

Okay, I can order a CD and have it arrive in a week and half, but it costs about US$5.75 more than the one that would arrive in one or two months. The iTunes version costs even less, being about US$7.21 cheaper. And it comes with a digital booklet. But, the CD version that would get here soonish and costs more comes with a wee fold-out poster thing.

Oh, who knew the daunting, gnawing doubt and woeful agony of being a modern consumer. I long for simpler times...

Good to see they got R.L. Burnside's buddy Kenny Brown to play on this. Very much sounds like R.L. and Junior Kimbrough's old recordings.

I had tickets to see them last July. Then BOOM! That thing happened:(
I love the videos on this thread, excited to dig in deeper. I see they featured Jimmy “Duck” Holmes’ place in one of the videos:)

I don't know a single one of his songs, but I've met Dan. We talked motorcycles.

I haven't even listened to anything from this and I'm ready to buy it. But only if it comes on vinyl.

    Hi.

    In special colours too.

And a bunch of bundles on their website if you scroll down a little on the front page. Hit "View More" for the coloured stuff.

Yes, it's true I get a commission for pushing this stuff, but it's only in the form of karma. Can't buy beer with that... :)

I choose my vinyl carefully. Black Keys qualify.

Waiting though, to see if it's a legit good album. Please give an update.. yay or nay on dropping $30 at the jungle.

    Hi.

Yes, I kinda alluded to that. I think they are great videos. Really well done. Populist enough, but also with attitude.

I dig the Eggleston on the cover too. Big fan of Egg.
