Atleast your still in the Princeton fam.

I mean yes for me its awesome and cant imagine it getting better.

These are great but your clone should be just as good or better. If these are amazing I imagine your clone to be damn near perfect.

They can be found used for good deals.

Be patient and save up here and there and keep posted on local craigslist or ebay reverb etc etc

For the life of me never expected to save up for one and pay cash up front for it. It is alot and friends and fam think Im crazy but its just so good and it makes me so happy. Just played it by coincidence taking in a guitar for repair....had I not played it would still own a 60 watt Super Sonic. Just chance.

They are amazing, damn near perfect IMO, as said its like suckling an angels teat everytime.

There is always the score on a 110 at a great price. Install 112 baffle and speaker and your there my man. This can be done.

Cheers and thanks for the kind comments brother.

I have the Princeton in tweed w/ the Celestion and absolutely adore it. Best amp purchase I've ever made, everything else just gathers dust or has moved on. I never bought something guitar-wise new for that much $$$ until it, but had a similar experience as you in the store. Bought it on the spot. Enjoy!

Congrats! You bought the amp I should have. I bought the tweed version with a C-Rex because that's what Sweetwater was carrying. I ended up buying a P12Q to put in it. I agree the idea of putting tweed covering on a black face amp is silly. If you need a little more uumph put an Emi Allesandro in it (GA SC 64) incredible match! I already had a Bordeaux and Wheat DRRI SE so I knew what to expect, and I really like the wine and wheat look, it looks classy in the living room. Enjoy!

Thanks man it is one of the most amazing amps Ive played and damn Ive played so much Vitage Modern Marshals. DSL amps, Friedmans, Orange Thunderverbs, Industrial Amps OD 15, Supros, Carrs, peavey 5150s, 6505s, like everything.

Nothing does it like a Princeton. Totally tied with my AC15C1 for tones.

    Just fortunate enough.

    Cheers

Definately this is the chimeist one of all my Three Classic Series 60s. Just got this one last year 2019 around April.

Quickly climbed to my numero 1 position tied with my Waynes World MIJ with Wilkinsons hardware and Custom Shop Fat 50s.

Im rather growing fond of the look myself and the amp and guitar do pair nicely aestheticly.

    Cheers

Thanks man. The regular PRRI are great but the 112 in it just took me over the top and I just had to have it. Played one by chance and glad I did. Nothing compares!

Its just that sound in my head 100%.

Will enjoy it forever till the day I die.

    I love it.

    Thanks for the kind words.

All things aside and look aside they sound amaizing.

The Sweetwater one is probably the best deal and I would sugges anyone to go ahead and get one.....

Even though the tweed makes no sense with the Blackface....who cares....they sound amazing!

I love my Red Wine Princeton and Imagine the Tweed is just as good.

    Cheers and Princeton love!

I have to disagree with the OP. That is a very beautiful and classy looking amp.

Congrats OP. I love the amp and speaker choice.

My New Years resolution is to cut back on gear spending but I already know that I want to buy another Princeton Reverb in 2020.

    Happy New Year!

Life is too short not to own good gear and not to mingle with the good people here.

Funny you didn't like the Tweed Princeton as much. I prefered that one, even though I like the look of the Bordeaux substantially more.
