I recently picked up a Fender Parallel Universe Troublemaker Tele and am looking to install a roller bridge to be used alongside the Bigsby B5 I also installed.

It appears the post size differs from both the Squier Paranormal Troublemaker Tele as well a Les Paul Standard.

I have a Guyker Roller Bridge that I tried, however due to the difference in saddle heights, I cannot lower the bridge posts beyond 2mm action on both sides.

I’ve attached photos of the posts and the Guyker bridge.

I’m hoping someone else has experience with this post type and has some success with a roller bridge.

If you need to lower the action but can’t lower the bridge any further you could shim the neck (at the body end) to increase the neck angle.
Not sure I wanna do a shim just yet. I think some kind of low profile roller bridge would work.

The studs in your picture are for the Nashville style of ToM which limits your choices (they are available however). The big problem with a ToM on a flat topped guitar is that the stand taller that a normal tele style bridge and often require some neck angle as well as overstand to get geometry to work. Do the old trick of installing your bridge with the saddles at their lowest adjustment and put a straight edge on the frets pointing to the bridge. The ideal situation is for the fret plane to just touch the topes of the saddles.

Remember too that most ToM's are 12 inch radius, most fender necks are less.

I'd recess those anchors level with the body. I've done this on a SG with a Vibrola trying to eck out a couple mm's.

I was trying a roller bridge on that very SG but the bridge was a different radius than the fretboard
(12"vs14"). Stew Macs Golden Age bridges are the only 12" roller I see available.
