Need one 3/8" tuner bushing for an old Japanese bass

That's pretty much it. Bought a used old, short scale Japanese bass, which I mentioned in a previous post and I really like it. Although it works without one of it's tuner bushings (ferrules?), I would like to replace it or perhaps get a new set of four. Any suggestions? Thanks!

3/8" seems quite small for a bass, but I guess your bass is slightly outside my PBass, Jazz Bass experience. What's the diameter of the post? Anything here that might suit?

You might need to ream out the hole in the headstock a touch. Taper reamers are pretty cheap.
