Need help making a chord chart for this please

    I have terrible ears for this one. Some of it is obvious but I can’t figure most of it

    Used to play this song all the time with a bunch of hippy/ somewhat Jesus peoplesque types. Love the memory. Some of my favourite people in the church for sure.

    This seems to be a pretty close as I recall (enough for us guitar types at least) none of them used music, they all just knew the songs and arrangments.
    Seems to me, we would raise the key too for the last time through. Man, what a great memory. Thanks!
