How about Parklane Guitars (Guitars by Steve Parker on Facebook)? He's making one for me:

    2 piece roasted flame maple
    21 vintage stainless steel frets
    Compound 7.25" to 9.5" radius
    1-11/16" nut width
    Abalone inlays
    Single-acting heel-adjust truss rod
    Fat C profile

Probably way less than everybody up top there. He does beautiful work. Check him out and consider supporting an independent builder. No affiliation except as a customer.

They can all mostly make good ones.
I found a WD bargain new one on Ebay a while back with all the right specs for me $140. It took a lot of searching though. One thin coat only.

Buying outright I'd buy a MIM Fender replacement neck at about $200-$225, fully finished.

If ordering I'd probably go with MusiKraft.

Warmoth does everything you describe in fact 1 11/16 is their most popular nut width. I would consider roasted maple over a satin finish. They feel great unfinished and look beautiful.
They are currently considered a nonessential business (I know, right?) and are shutdown production wise are financially strong and still taking orders for post zombie apocalypse delivery.

Musikraft will. I have 3 necks made by them...all fantastic. Variety of nut widths including the one you're looking for, wide variety of woods and a huge variety of profiles. I like 2 piece maple necks (prefer no skunk stripe) with a 7.25 hard V profile...they do it.

the park lane necks look fantastic, the MIM necks are all 1 5/8 width, too small for me, and Warmoth is too expensive for me now. Thanks for all the info guys

I had musikraft do my last neck, mainly because they had the options/specs that I wanted. I was beyond pleased with the neck.

I have a 1.650" wide roasted flame maple neck on order from Warmoth. Was supposed to ship on the 10th, but Warmoth's Shipping Dept. is closed. Not sure what WA state (where Warmoth is) is gonna do about ending the state lockdown. o_O
