Neck pickup cover on reissues

What material are the neck pickup covers on the AV and AO series, nickel or brass? Read that the originals had brass so perhaps the reissues have them as well?

My AV58 is nickel silver. Not sure if Fender uses the plated brass anymore.

Seymour Duncan has stayed the course with brass for most of his line with a few exceptions I'm told.
