I just wanted to publicly say thanks to Aaron at Glaser Iinstruments.
I called about a month ago and set up an installation appointment with Aaron.

My wife and I drove down from Northern Indiana last Thursday and dropped my Reverend Pete Anderson Eastsider around 2:30pm.

We caught Kelly's Heros at Robert's Western World Thursday night. Had breakfast at Marcy Jo's Friday morning, then received a call from Aaron saying my guitar was done.

Aaron showed me around the shop, answered all my questions and took the time to show me the inner workings of the new design bender.

The installation is flawless. The new bender (I've had a glaser bender 1986) works so smooth.
I'm a very satisfied customer.
Thank you Joe Glaser for designing such a fine system and for the business sense to have top notch people working for you.
Thanks again Aaron for a GREAT JOB!

Great stuff, congratulations!
I have a hardtail Strat partscaster that will get a Glaser bender, soon.
I had a Glaser Bender almost 40 years ago, time for another!

As I recall, Aaron did my bender install last year, as well. Super service, and he got it done before it was promised.

Also, you're right about the quality mechanism Glaser designed. The "bent" tuning is rock solid. I've had it for over a year now and probably only touched the adjustment 2 or 3 times. The Hipshot I had was OK, but 5 minutes of use put it out of tune.
