I bought this today to flip. I’m keeping it. It’s a virtually unplayed 1999 Danelectro Longhorn a friend of mine bought new because he “thought he might need a bass to record with”. It’s been sitting in the case since he bought it except for one 2 hour recording session. All of the protective plastic is still on the bass and case and the hang tags are sitting in the case as new.

I played it tonight at a duo gig for a set and at this point, I’m not selling it. I have 2 more bass gigs this week and I’m planning on playing it at both. It’s not my favorite bass, but it’s super fun to play and sounds great.

Nice catch! I’ve got a Danoblaster Rumor bass. I’m going to add the guitar version with the effects. They are so light and sound great!

The last bass I bought to flip stayed with me, too. :D

Enjoy your new bass. :)
