    Funny how the same bass can look completely different in photos based on the lighting.
    When first looking at Reverb listings, I had to keep reminding myself that there were no
    'lighter ones' or 'darker ones'

    Cool bass and congrats.
    I've always wanted to try a shorter scale like that. Might be easier for a guitar player to get used to.

    As a "less accomplished" bass player (than a REAL bassist) there are times I really enjoy playing bass. Many lines I find very challenging on my P-Bass are much easier on my Hofner Club Bass. Some McCartney parts are "almost" impossible on a 34" scale.
