Most (all?) of those who have gotten sick or died from this were already very ill.

Ahhh... The sweet release of Death! Calgon, take me away!

The ebola didn't wipe out Dallas. Hopefully this won't either. (But if it does, can I get an advanced warning? I'd like to blow my savings on a new Tele before I go.)

It'll all pass, I think it's allergies and something in our new house. I sure hope it's not from the dirt basement . Yeah, I have a dirt floor basement.

I wonder if this is the same corona virus that causes MERS-CoV?

I’m on my second round of antibiotics, trying to kill Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. The first round didn’t do it.

I’ve had African Tick Fever, Lyme Disease multiple times, and now RMSF. This one is definitely the heavyweight champ of tick-borne diseases.

I strongly recommend that you buy and use some sort of bug repellant with a lot of DEET in it if you’re going to be spending time outdoors.

You don’t want RMSF. It’s a wee bit unpleasant, ranking second only to the 1918 Spanish flu that I had back in the 70s when it briefly reared its head again. Best avoided. Use the DEET.

Not likely for at least a year. The Chinese quarantined the entire city of Wuhan, population of over 11 MILLION.

I don’t want to jinx myself, but I haven’t had the flu in 6-7 years, and I never had a flu shot.

Apparently escaped from a biolab in China.

2 week incubation, makes you think you have serious flu...

then goes to your brain and it's lights out.
