You nailed me.
I wonder whether the DSM might consider Golden Rule Personality Disorder for the next edition.
It’s too early know, over-diagnosis is not always comorbid.
Those darn narcissists.... If only they were more like me!
I have a feeling we might agree on what people are turning away from that is probably the problem, but who can say for sure? Anyway...I agree with you...probably...
Who is this greatest frontman that ever lived? Understanding, of course, it's a matter of opinion and not inviting people to flame you about it if they disagree...
Narcissism on an better note
I’m with you on Happy. He exaggerates his importance. Willie’s suicide, though, benefits others by his insurance. A real narcissist wouldn’t do that, I think.

They've already gotten rid of the Aspergers diagnosis. The DSM V eliminates it and puts it all on the Autism Spectrum.
There has been a few topics lately that I really find interesting and on subjects where I for once actually know something. But people has a tendency to interpret everything in the worst possible manor. So I don't write what I want to write.
Narcissism is one of those topics. I worked (social work) with people with autism for ten years. I know a lot of DSM I-V (the changes over the years) and I'm familiar some of Freuds writing on narcissism as well as Baron-Cohen.
So instead, to keep the forum lighthearted, I wrote about my love for the greatest frontman who ever lived.
It also gave me a way to ad my knowledge and shoot in that we have to seperate real NPD (sometimes called "grandiose narcissism") from general N. traits (without anyone noticing what I did)
Who is the greatest frontman that ever lived? I'm not sure it is a matter of opinion. Because I think it is just real NPD that sets him apart and make him the greatest showman ever.
And remember, only straight men counts. And it has to be someone you like.
Freddy Mercury and Liberace are great suggestion but that is a deeper and more complexed discussion then I wish to have.
And no, that doesn't mean that I don't like gay's...just that it's a different discussion...and more differcult to discuss marginalized groups.
Well put. Just think of the selfie. What's that all about ? Narcissism.
to me, and only me
that is the answer
