I say if you can because I’m not sure I can. There’s Steve Cropper, Don Rich, Buck Owens, Pete Anderson, Ed Bickert, Albert Collins, and many others but I guess if I was to have to pick a favorite it would be Don Rich. I only recently in the last few years started getting into the Bakersfield country really heavy and came to love Don Rich but I will always be a Steve Cropper fan. See if you can name a favorite.

Top 3 Chrissy Hyde, Keef, Steve Cropper. I think being a good rhythm player is harder and more important than lead. These players have influenced my playing more anybody. There's a lot more going on there than meets the eye. You have to carry the song and stay out of the way at the same time.

All three great players but I think Steve Cropper is a guitar genius.

I enjoy listening to all of those already mentioned. Bruce Springsteen and Ed Bickert were the first ones I heard in concert.

I’d have to go with Steve Cropper.

I was just reading this today, from The Guitar Handbook.
