Anyone know what the gorgeous guitar Van is playing at the beginning of this gig is?

The semi hollow he plays later is an Ibanez GB10 and I think this one might be some sort of Ibanez but video quality not good enough to read the headstock name.

Is it a lawsuit Ibanez Les-Paul-alike?

I like the binding, very nice.

Different pick guard and no fancy control plate - but very similar otherwise. Wonder if it was a variation of this?

Man what are you watching that vid on? It's the same guitar, pickguard, control plate and all. On a 24" monitor at any rate.
    :)

I've just checked the used prices. Not as eye-wateringly expensive as I thought they'd be.

Maybe we’re talking about different guitars then? The one I’m seeing at about the 7m mark has that same exact setup.

They did do the Spectra Sonic, although I've never seen one. No in-built electronics (phaser, compressor, etc..) on the Spectra.

In other news... does his guitar tech come out completely shirtless at the very beginning? What’s up with that?
