Me: What do you think?
Wife: (pause) It’s Orange.
Me: I knew you were going to say that!
Yup, gotta have at least one in orange.
Lol. Sounds exactly like that situation would go down at my house. Congrats. How ya like'n it?
Nice amp! Congratulations.
Orange crush or tube?
Congrats on your orange Orange amplifier … you're going to like it !
Congrats, I really like Orange Amps and I also love the Orange color.
Crush. 20rt. I’ve heard it’s voiced like the Rockerverb. Digging it so far. Really liking the cleans.
Very nice congratulations
Great sounding, cool looking stuff!
Very nice amp, gtrplr! I have the 35-watt, Orange Crush 35RT, in black. Nice cleans. Nice crunch. What's not to like?
I have an Orange Crush 35ldx as my grab-n-go for rehearsals, impromptu jams. These amps are wonderful.
I want a 35RT simply because it has a loop. I'd take a 20RT too. I think of them as a modern version of an old Made in USA Peavey. Gotta have reverb.
Orange seem to be the quiet achievers as we head into the future. Sound, quality & simplicity appears to be the road they're heading on. IMO.
Well.... Your wife is right
Yeah, but was that in a positive or negative sense? Or just neutral?
I had a 35RT for a while as a compact and lightweight gig amp. I loved it. Great sounding rig for a very fair price.
My wife usually doesn’t get involved in my gear stuff at all, and does her level best to get out of it if I try to drag her along. But she was with me when I bought the Orange. When I’d decided I was definitely buying it, I asked her if I should get the orange version or the black version. I’d already decided I wanted the orange one, I just wanted to see what she’d say.
She said “it’s called “Orange”, why do they even make a black one? It doesn’t make any sense.”
She’s right, ya know.
