    So, a life's dream fulfilled.

The holy grail- a 1963 Brownface Vv 2 x 10. #0362 of 598 ever made and said to be the finest amp Fender ever made.

It is amazing- no changes other than essential ones, cones original, even has the amp cover.

Wow! That is wicked. Everything a vintage Fender amp should be. Even the wiring and chassis are really clean! Hope it sounds even better than it looks. Enjoy!

That’s a “Holy Grail” amp for me.

I have the reissue (which is dang near perfect for me), but an original (especially in the shape that one is in) would be amazing.

Congratulations and Happy New Amp Day!

Enjoy and all, and I know you will.

But that would only be one of 'a' Holy Grail, so 'the'?? Really way too many 'Grails' for 'THE' really.

    Your honeymoon not withstanding...:D

I of course miss everything about my 63 Brown Pro, except picking it up of course...

As lovely as it is, if you want to use it, make sure the Electrolytics in the power supply are not over 10 years old. If you don't know when it was recapped, have it done anyway. You'd hate to have them go and take a bunch of other stuff with them.

Very cool, especially with those original Oxford ceramic 10K5 speakers with the magnet covers.
One wonders if those 4 brown turd caps actually came in there though...? I thought those were a 70's thing...
I need to look up how these amps differ from a Brown Super....
