    Bandmasters are great amps. No nonsense Fender tones and enough wattage to get you both into and out of trouble :) Congrats on the new amp!

    Indeed they are a great amp. In my opinion, they are undervalued compared to other mid to late 60’s Fender amps.

    I gigged for a number of years with my BF ‘64 Bandmaster. It’s fantastic. I used pedals as needed. The amp is a good size and just the right power for use with a rock band. Good clean headroom. Vibrato, and the 2x12 delivers. Not expensive either. I still own my ‘64 BM. It was my first foray into vintage Fenders. I believe it was the price that initially attracted me. Then the gates opened up. I acquired many more vintage Fenders of all sizes.
