    Nothing new here, back in 79 it appeared outside a gas station that's since been torn down.

    Here's the only record released by them; it's extremely rare and this copy I have is one of only five known to exist because the music is so weird and concerned parents burned 'em. It questions more answers than it generates.

    I guess Steve Martin and Bill Murray gotta get together and do a "Where the hell is that thing" skit.

    Don't know why but when I saw the first video about the thing in the desert, that old SNL bit popped into my head.

    Well...
    Since we are on the subject. -hmm. Do we ever wander far from it? (Asking for a friend)

    Upon further evaluation, that tool could be used for marking and placing, piercing the holes for riveting the object together, and even perhaps as a useful tool for disassembly and demolishion.

    Or even for defending against individuals who may wish to abscond with the object.

    Therefore, I must declare the possibility of a relationship between the mysterious objects...

    Showed the mystery tool to my dad. He used to sell all kinds of old oddball stuff in his antique store, or maybe he saw something like it in his dad's upholstery shop. Figured an 81 year old guy is going to know more than a youngster like myself.
    He had no idea.

    And I think I was the first to resurrect it in another thread after the original thread had died.
