Very nice work. How many have you done? Is this your first? If so you did an amazing job. I'm still debating whether I should do my own finishing project or not.

    Inspiring to say the least.

You are a proud Papa!! Looks beautiful!! It's amazing how you got the trees to sort of "line up" in the photo. Was that intentional? or just luck? Again ...great job!! give yourself a big slap on the back!
    Cheers

Sure, if you provide the food and beverages and let me fondle your Thintelemaster between the coats I'll come over...

I highly doubt people would buy the album! ;-)

    Thanks, maestro!

I am...since it's finished all my other guitars stay in their cases...

I've cut many guitar bodies especially Super-Strats a-la Nuno Bettencourts Signature Washburn in the early 90's but those were only oiled and never finished.
This is my 5th finish but even the first one came out great. Finishing is no rocket science and I do it in my garage. If I can do it you can do it as well.
But I wouldn't pick black or translucent for a first finish...those are IMHO very hard to do. And with everything...the prep work is the most important thing....

LOL...the trees? I didn't even notice that until you pointed it out.
Thanks for the kind words, Ed!
