Floyd Rose aside, I wouldn't buy it cos I hate the colour...don't all shoot me at once, I know there are plenty of BSB lovers out there!
I think that the main reason it looks wrong is that there's a single coil in the bridge. Notice that every other example posted here has a humbucker.
..it does seem a little confused for a tele…maybe it's exactly what's needed for someone who hasn't fell in love with a tele yet, and this pushes them over the edge…not my flavor at all, might want to play it though, just to be sure...nice case...
IMO some folks are just born "in between" etc. and my policy is live and let live... we're all individuals
On the other hand... someone who is VERY EVIL purposefully did that to that otherwise beautiful, innocent BSB Tele, and needs to be held responsible!
what the hell, i already lived through the 80's once.
I like it.
Thanks A.B. Negative , there went my lunch !! Leave it to Carvin !! Z54
Crosses between tele and jackson has been around for a long time strat too. Used to have an HM strat, still have an HMT. Just another tool in the tool box for me. That one would be more useful with a two blade tele bridge pickup and a Bill Lawrence Humbucker in the neck though.
I'd like it better if it was a MIM standard or a Squier.
Outline is beautiful like every Telecaster ... Features: NOT!
I like the finish though ...
It's not really a tele in any respect except for the shape of the body/horns and headstock, I wonder who it is supposed to appeal to.
If you dig the tele shape but want a shredder.. why not.
I can't stand a Floyd Rose, so it wouldn't be for me.
I'd like to at least try it and see what it sounds like. Something tells me its not gonna twang as well as a Tele with bridgeplate and fixed bridge. But it might be interesting.
Ok let's SLIGHTLY switch gears on this....to those that like it would you pay the $3700 price tag?
