    Your guitar has character! I picked up a little clearance on one of mine by replacing the neck plate with countersunk ferrules. It’s only an 1/8”, but it feels like an improvement.

    I've also removed headstocks, pickups, switches, knobs, my own self-respect [shrug]

    I'd revisit the pickguard and try to shape it a little more closely to the mods you did on the body. Otherwise, pretty cool!

    Thanks for the input. I’ll try to do that. I’m also considering decorating the pickguard with a couple animal stickers.
    I’ll update with pictures when I’m there.
