remeber i asked what this guitar was? well i went to a party yesterday where this guitar resides took a good look at it and straight away realised it was a partscaster, i said to the guy sorry to tell you but it's not a real fender don't sell it as one you will get in trouble, plus it's not worth much even though i love the look of it. he said he lets his two year old just play with it and chuck it around! we got drunk that night and he said i was going to throw it out you can have it! so i said ok but in the back of my mind was bloody happy to take it home. it was worth this killer hangover becasue this thing sounds and looks so cool whatever it is? sorry if this is in the wrong place i.e maybe it should be in the partscaster t-types bit but the body has me wondering, stamped neck pocket fluch ferrules great finish (dings and scratches in all the right places) anyway ramble ramble here are the pics! it was routed for humbuckers and it had a modern style bridge at some point, the routs are some of the worst i have ever seen hahaha but man i love this guitar it needs a fret level so bad, i know for sure this is a squier bullet neck... That's a sweet guitar. I love the Ash grain in it, and we all know it's hard to find now that Fender discontinued. I'd definitely scored big time.

That grain is definitely Ash. Can see it in the neck pocket too. Is it heavy?

Congrats. Looks nice. I’d get an original style bridge and make it string thru again. The fb looks good too. Watch those string ferrules though, they sometimes fall out. And get lost.

body seems to be a Squier. IC stamp means Indonesia \ cort

it's a nice touch that those ferrules are mounted flush to the body, in my opinion. i am fairly certain that is considered vintage accurate.

it looks like a cool axe anyway. i'd keep it
