I love this guitar... One of a kind. I know the artist. Done entirely in sharpy. What do you think?
I so hear the James Bond theme with a smart ass Archer comments about how awesome it is!
Very cool, but in my experience with a Sharpie on a guitar finish, it fades pretty quickly.

I first saw the about ten years ago. It has faced a little. Originally it was red sharpie.
Is it clearcoated?, your Sharpie artist is very talented.
No it is not I thought about that but with my luck something would go wrong. I will contact the artist and see what he would recommend.
i would imagine a clear acrylic would protect the sharpie ink.
I did contact the artist. He was he thinks he put a thin coat of spray clear poly or acrylic. Also to definitely not to use nitro because it resolves sharpie.
