Lux, Ivy, Crocus, Iggy, Sickie, Tesco, Mono, Jello, Exene, Ari, Derf, Rat, Siouxsie, Cheetah, Epic, Tomata, Poly, Tory... on and on.

James Brown famously had three Collins brothers in his band: Catfish, Cheese, and Bootsy.

Tommy Erdelyi and John(ny) Cummings used their real first names in the Ramones. All of the later substitute Ramones did, too, except for temporary fill-in Elvis Ramone (Clem Burke). Joey was Jeff, DeeDee was Doug.

Reverend Horton Heat (James Heath). Howlin' Wolf, Muddy Waters,, Cleanhead Vinson, Magic Sam... Actually, there are really a lot of them. My all time favorite, the Beautiful Bouncing Bagelman sisters changed their name to the Barry sisters for business purposes; a bit strange, since their business was singing Yiddish songs.
