I’ve been talking about getting a lap steel and installing a G and B bender for years for aping pedal steel.

Now, it’s time I do it.

I need (hopefully affordable) string benders.

I do NOT want the Hipshot. The hip lever is not ideal to me. I prefer palm/hand levers for both levers.

Epiphone’s EZ Bender is no longer manufactured and buying one now is expensive... besides, I don’t like them.

Deusenburg’s multibender is a bit expensive, but looks nice.

    What other options are there?

Isn't the EZ bender the Bowden Bender? I bought a new one a few years back for $150. I think they're still available.

The Rolling Bender should work, and Duesenberg offers a system.

Bowden Benders would be great for that!
I've thought of one for my lap steel.
I have one on my G&L ASAT Tribute it works great.
