I feel like a dummy to ask this, and I’ve searched without great success.

I have a 60th Anniversary Tele, basically an American Standard. This has the pickguard with holes for the pickup screws.

I just bought a set of OV pickups. The neck pickup has wood screws for mounting to the body. I don’t have the screws from the original pickup.

I want to mount the OV neck pickup to the pickguard but the wood screws won’t really allow for that. What kind of screws do I need to buy to make this happen (what type and what length). Thanks!

Would you consider changing pickguards on the guitar to one without the pickup screw holes? I did that when I switch to OV pickups in a MIM Standard.

Found a mounting kit on Angela Instruments specifically for the American Standard.
