I saw Lemmy and company a bunch of times...that's one of the reasons I go "What?" all the time
Anyway, I'm guessing that audio ain't live
Oh yes it is - Mick Mckenna in the Stones mobile out the back of the Hammersmith Odeon - oh and of course vic Maile
well good on them, then. awesome
You can always tell with them - Its about a third faster than the Album - they came out of the studio, rehearsed an hour and 15 set, which after about 20 dates in France, same again in Germany and then round England twice ending up at Hammersmith with the same set played in 45 mins, after that they peaked it on the Blizzard of Oz tour one night at 35 mins to a totally bewildered US audience
Still one of the greatest one take solos ever - good one Sparky
The whole 'No Sleep 'til Hammersmith' LP is a must!
Really put the speakers in my 62 Chevy pickup to the test with NSTH back in the day...one of the best live albums ever...
I had a chance to see them at a local nightclub and missed it, I'm an idiot and will pay for it forever.
