    I came in to say XTC. Freaking brilliant. English Settlement changed the way I heard music.
    I would add Kate Bush too. So far ahead of her time.

    +1, besides being underrated I think they were also under-exposed, under-played. "The greatest little bar band you never heard of...".:)

    Hundred reasons, brilliant live band, but sadly didnt translate to albums well. Saw them four times and they just got better.
