Is it just me, or does this commercial make you want to throw a brick through your tv? When it comes on now, I have to change channels.

Feel free to post commercials that drive you nuts.

Pretty much all the insurance commercials affect me that way.

    There are a few.

I used to have commercials the irritated me to no end. Now that commercial breaks are 8 to 12 commercials long, we tend to pause live feedback - or DVR shows we want to see - so that we can skip over them. I am more annoyed by 4 to 6 minute breaks in programming than individual commercials anymore.

The tax commercial where they have a game show where the only dialog is "free". Man I'm sick of that one.

With all the other troubles around us, I'm strangely indifferent to these commercials now. Yeah, they're usually on mute anyway. I see the participants in the commercials not practicing any distancing and it turns the commercial into something so abstract, that it bounces right off.

In the Allstate commercial, the guys are watching a ball game in real time. Allstate's money is going straight down the drain. I like the concept of Allstate losing money and going out of business. Keep spending money on that commercial, y'all!

In the UK it's apparently the incomparable Gio di Compario. I think he's wonderful but I still don't use the company.

I probably hate commercials as much or more than most people, but I've almost decided I'm glad they're there. First off, they help pay for the programming (not that THAT'S all that good) and it gives me an opportunity to do other things. I'll go transfer clothes from washer to dryer, grab a drink, even hit the head....all without missing my show. Everyone claims they're not affected or influenced by commercials (I have my doubts) but they really have no affect on me.....I'm just not much of a "consumer". :)

I love the Flo commercials and the Liberty Biberty dude is sorta fun too, strangely. I think the commercials that stick in my craw is anything that is trying to sell me gold or silver, or pushing "reverse mortgages." There's always that doomsday mojo to them that kinda rubs me the wrong way.

Or the Sprint guy getting his pumpkin spice soy latte. Ugh, just want to throw him into the middle of a rugby game.

I saw that last night for the first time, waiting for the news to come back on. It is a new level of stupidity and annoyance from the creators of an endless amount of annoying commercials. I worked for a company that rented gear to an advertising agency so they could make presentations to their clients and have focus groups. From my time around that environment it wasn't hard to see why so many bad ads end up on TV. Nothing against anyone out there who is in advertising and is kind and sane.

That stupid one with the guy's body upper half man/ lower half motorcycle. The visual is disgusting. I don't know what they're saying, as we mute every commercial that comes on.

    This one...

It plays on the fears and rationale (irrationale?) of some older people. Then the father makes his son repeat "I love you" several times and says, "I heard you the first time, I just wanted to hear it again."

Well.. if you love your son that much, why not respond to him in kind, rather than make him repeat himself?

i don't know how to pick one since they all offend me. even if i like the show i'm watching, i'll change when a commercial comes on. may not even make it back to the show i was watching. however, there are so many stupid insurance commercials and to top it off, i just got a huge bump in my homeowner and car insurance. they have to pay for their damn commercials somehow. and, the drug commercials. you can change channels and there will be a drug commercial on each channel. by the time i finish eating dinner and seeing all the damn drug commercials, i have every disease known to man!!

    play music!

All those Liberty commercials. On the tv 24/7, they also always seem to be the leading ad on every YT video I watch.
I'd go out of my way to NOT do any business with them.
