This is what it looked like before :
And this is what it looks like after:
I would have left it like it was. My tastes.
Looks great lovely tele.
If you're happy with it... nothing else matters, really.
You can't beat the sound, intonation and feel of a Gotoh modern brass bridge.
First think I put in all my teles.
whatever works for you, but I prefer the old version.
Very nice! I like it!
Reminds me of what I did to my ex-tele...
Rails on bridge and overwound on neck:
I've been wanting to build a baritone tele with coil sized rail humbuckers on both neck and bridge!
Well then you should have paid the 4600 dollars for it and saved it from me
You are perfectly free to with it as you wish. Maybe it sounds better. I was just saying I would have left it as is. I don't pay $4600 for guitars either, but that's your prerogative.
I think I was only saying what a lot of other people were thinking.
That looks HOT!
Nice blend of old and new!! The rails must scream!! Sort of like a “Back to the Future” type thing!!
As long as ya got the original pups and bridge safely in a bag in the case- you’re all set!!
What were the specs on those original pups anyways?? Did the neck bucker “play well” with the bridge??
