    I've heard stories that George had a mischievous streak a mile wide. And that you could learn things by just talking to him.

    And Cavett was one of the best talk show hosts ever.

    If ever the term wickedly funny applied to anyone...it was George Harrison.
    From the Rutland TV specials on UK TV, putting Friar Park up as collateral so Month Python could make "Life of Brian"...I think secretly he would have loved to have been a comedy writer. After Roy Orbison died, he & Tom Petty were talking about it & he told Petty, "but aren't you glad it wasn't you?" Not many people could say something like that & not have it be taken the wrong way.
