A friend of mine gave me a CS Texas Special bridge pickup that had been sitting in my parts drawer for a while. I decided to swap out the stock bridge pickup with the TS.

HUGE noticeable improvement. The low end and overall fullness of tone put an instant smile on my face. The fuzziness I was getting from the stock pickup is gone. This took a really good guitar and made it great. Really really great.

While at it I set the intonation and used some blue loc tite on the height adjustment screws. This took away any bridge issues I was having. Do this if you haven't.

Before pic as I haven't taken an after yet.
