    It’s an absolutely beautiful album, a real stunner. When I go through my jazz phase from time to time, Porgy, Sketches of Spain, and Kind of Blue are in heavy rotation.

    Many's the likes.

    This is many of the same personnel as Birth Of The Cool, and similarly is arranged by Gil Evans, but it has a radically different presence, energy and engagement.

    An all-time favorite of mine.
