I think they are cool, probably wouldn’t buy one though, too speedy

Isn’t everything Fender makes now effectively limited edition? ;)

This is super cool. However, I may be crazy, but I would have a hard time buying a Tele with humbuckers on it because I don't have one with tele single coils, lol

I think they’re killer. Dig the strat and bass versions, too. I’d totally play that. And at $1500+ for the AmPro I don’t think it’s out of line for an MIJ.

I like em...but I seem to remember them making a debut in the 90’s? Idk.

the Inca silver is sweet...I think the neck profile is a bit shredder, which I like. Definitely would be swapping the bridge HB for a lollar noval T (or similar single coil).

12" fretboard radius as well. I know you like them flatter than the standard 9.5 (or that is what I think I remember from previous posts).

I like the Boxer Stratocaster in silver finish, quite honestly.

I like one Volume Knob, one Tone Knob.
I like the output jack on the bottom, not the face.

It sounds like it coil-taps nicely.

I really love the black trim and black headstock face.

Straight 12 is perfect. I might be looking at my next acquisition.

Kinda-sorta reissue of the Contemporary Tele of the mid-80s but no whammy bar! Evidently they were called "Boxer Series" in other parts of the world than the USA. But on the plus side they are using a satin finish on the back of the neck instead of the glossy black finish of the originals. I haven't seen the Tele in person yet but the Strats have been out for a few months now.

At any rate here's an original from the 80s:

Yep. 12 is about perfect. I’ve added the strat to my list of possible S style candidates.
