I did a quick take but then I just went back and added some harmony lines.

I'm not much of a country picker but gave this little filly a stroll. Thanks Mike:

@Alan L Cole - You painted a lovely, melancholy picture with your version. The run at 2:04" was especially really cool.

@ASATKat - Nice little intro before the backer followed by some heartfelt riffage. Nice bends at 2:23" and cool double notes.

    Thanks for hittin' it guys!

Thank you Fendrguitplayr, actually not that many two note chords, lots of three note chords.

    - What a nice clear bright tone. I wish you'd gotten to the fat strings.

If I ever figure out how to record with a DAW, that would be awesome.... or at least an improvement, Cheers:)

@fendrguitplayr - Sweet country take Mike. Nice double stops, cool twanging and harmonies.

@ASATKat - Very pretty intro and playing thereafter. Lovely!

@Mjark - Another nice country track. Very cool phrasing. Country pickers in the house.

@bgmacaw - You gots that country thang working here. Tears in my beer cool.

@G-52 - Very nice tone and pretty playing. Riding-off-into-the-sunset sweet.

@Mellencaster - I feel like the odd man out amonst all you country twangers. I tried a volumn pedal thinking along the same lines but gave up on it. Stetson Swagger Sweet Mike!

Acoustic on rhythm and I tried swells to give a pedal steel sound but I think I got halfway to my goal :)

Sure, I hear the slide effect, it sounds a bit more like lap steel than pedal steel to my primitive ear, but I really do prefer lap steel so it's a good thing. Nice feel to your playing, mojo,,,
