Have fun with it.
Easy goes it..
@estreet - Sweet lines and tone. Lots to like. Cool video too, Carl.
@Alan L Cole - Very heartfelt and soulful playing and tone, Alan. The dual guitars worked well here.
If those berries in your picture could play guitar, they would sound just like you. Nice berries nice playing, takes me away
With everyone going delicate and gentle, I decided to take a different route and have fun with amps, in this case my 5f2a clone with a an AV65 Strat and a bunch of boost and overdrive.
Heartfelt playing Alan, beautiful, you're like a solo singer,,, however imo you didn't really need the 2nd guitar, I feel it was a distraction from your main solo line, that was plenty strong to carry the interest alone. =)
@knh555 - Lovely edgy tone and lines, Kevin. I especially like around 1:10" in the bridge/other part.
@Mjark - Wonderful warm tone and very musical and melodic, Mark. That chord at 1:21" (E7#5?) sounds nice.
After a few weeks off due to family stuff and work stuff, I'm back. For this one I used my modified Squier Standard Strat that I have just finished resetting back to standard tuning and action. I decided to experiment with my Cuvave Reverb's Ducking setting. The rest is Hotone Mojo Diamond and Hotone Binary IR (Bogner Shiva 1x12 IR).
@estreet - Beautifully played Carl. Cool tone and video.
@fendrguitplayr - That was very nice Mike. Sweet emotive phrasing.
@knh555 - Overdriven and feeding back but you made it work here Kevin. Passionate playing.
@Mjark - Great tone Mark. Nice melodic moments and very cool chord work.
@G-52 - Pretty runs and playing Andrew. You set your course.
@bgmacaw - Cool use of melodic volume swells BG. Sounds great.
@ASATKat - On re-listen, my second guitar track sounds badly - it doesn't work. I'll try the main track alone. Thanks for the feedback.
@estreet - a soulful take, and beautifully played (as always)
@Alan L Cole - you carried a nice melody line; great playing
@knh555 - very tasteful use of effects, lovely performance
@Mjark - pretty melody and soothing tone
@bgmacaw - beautifully done; not sure whether those were volume swells or the duck setting; great result
@fendrguitplayr - nice smooth jazzy feel; relaxing and enjoyable
This is how I hear this bt
||:- Cmaj7 -|- Am7 -|- Dm7 -|- G7 -:||
||- Fmaj7 -|- Em7 Am7 -|
|- Fmaj7 -|- B/F# C#/G# |
|- Am7 -|- E7#9 -|- Am7 -|- G7 -||
Next, I'll record me =0
Hope this helps
* That C# with G# in the bass C#/G#
leads into the Am7 so nicely. Can't remember ever paying attention to such a move if I had played it before. But it's a cool device to go to Am7 the relative minor, the relative minor of C, the parent key. Good for A minor blues. Cool
@G-52 - Sweet tone and riffs and the chord comping fit well too.
@bgmacaw - The volume swells work well here. Creative and flowing.
HB neck pickup
@JCL50 - Very nice tone and riffs. Great sounding passage about 1:30 + 2:35. Nice!
