    - You're in your element here. You have such nice vibrato.

    - Lovely tone on this and jazzy licks.

    - I can hear the weariness, that's the Blues!

    - Lovely tone and licks here too.

I didn't notice this track until an hour or so ago.I put some 12s on the semi-hollow body and I'm so used to Fender's scale length, I forgot this was a short scale guitar, it was somewhat strenuous to bend :) My usual clams and sorts. Thanks , Mike.

@Mellencaster: Nice tremolo! Is that a pedal? Cool laid-back feel throughout.

I decided to try the mic out about a foot out right between two amps both up and running, at the bottom of the tweed and the top of the silverface.

@knh555: It starts out pretty relaxed, but tension builds until the two guitars sound like lost souls. An interesting soundscape.

@Mjark - Played in fine form, liked the range of notes played and a very nice tone
@fendrguitplayr - Liked the trills at the intro and sweet tone.Very nice blues rendition right to the end.
@Alan L Cole - The sweet Alan tone is very prominent on this one. Smoking blues riffage and well played.
@ASATKat - Sweet clean tone, the mixture jazz, and blues phrasing are quite effective. You've captured a nice track!
@bgmacaw - Big fat blues tone, yes! Dynamic and very expressive!
@guitarsophist - Very nice blues lines and tone with the subtle organ track adds another fine element to your take. You've got some blues chops.
@knh555 -We're at the blues fiscal year-end, already?:) Your thick tone and your dynamic styling are very nice. I also liked the supporting guitar.

No, I used a plug from Audacity . The pulsating hissing coming from the amp was very noticeable

Yup, our fiscal year began 10/1 with the usual challenges. ;)

This is the first recording on my new Yamaha RevStar 502TFM, or the P90s one with the spring tailpiece. It sounds better in the room than mic'ed, so I have some playing around to do, but that's half the fun.

a 1 take with just a little overdrive and the amp, with my Gibson Nighthawk I had not used for ages.

Nice thick sound and the trem gives it some extra edge. Very cool!

Nice!I've been eyeing that model and RS 620 for a month now but I pulled a trigger on another guitar and 1 watt tube amp that I just ordered online. How do you like it?

Well, I had one before and foolishly returned it. I liked it enough to buy it again, this time in the cool wire-brushed finish. Comfy to play, great fit and finish, and it sounds amazing. To me, it's what a Gibson should be. I'd be curious to try one of the humbucker guitars too, particularly with the low output pickups.

I'm also waiting on a Yamaha THR30 ii. Might be a month or so until they're out and delivered.

The dual guitar parts were cool and gave a Halloweenish type Stephen King movie soundtrack vibe. Awesome!

Nice playing throughout with a good blues tone. Reminds me of some John Mayall "Hard Road" tunes. Nice!

Great that you enjoying it the second time around Yup, I was looking at those THR too, the wireless is a nice option and a few more amp models is quite appealing, especially 30 watts

Yeah. I love my THR10, but recently gave it to my dad since he wanted something small in his RV. Figured that was the excuse I needed to try the new one. Great amp for when I need to record silently and still get something that sounds credible.
