A short one in the style of Otis Rush. Let it rip!
That was a nice one; short enough to do it before going to work:
Cold morning here!
Nice the way you built it up from the start. The second guitar track complimented nicely. At about 1:58 nice dynamics and tone.
Soundclick says upload failed but it plays and gives me link. Does it work? It starts at 00:04
Coming through loud and clear. Nice tone and riffs and seems you were ready to keep going at end. Nice one!
Still working? I like the way the spare tremolo guitar sounds and the nice licks.
_ Cool use of 3rds here.
Maybe it was a critique!
I played my modified Welch Tele with the Bill and Becky Lawrence Micro Coil pups. I love playing the blues. Here in FL we were just today issued a stay at home order by the Governor. That means no golf for me. Just stay at home, do projects outside and in as well as play music. I hope you like listening to my entry into this week's mid week blues.
Very cool riffs and tone. I think there are only maybe 15 states without a "stay at home order" except for
essential jobs. My wife's job is considered essential. Can't have too many Patriot missiles I guess. Again, sounds great!
Smooth licks and tone.
Just finished trying to fix the headpiece on my headless kit guitar, again and hopefully for the last time, so I used it. Artec Crusader bridge pickup, Hotone Binary Amp (Tweed Deluxe model), Hotone Binary IR Cab (EVM 12L 4x12 IR + room IR), Mosky Spring Reverb.
Kind of has a middle eastern vibe in your tone. Graphic looks good too!
Bluesy lines with a touch of reverb sounds great!
Agile LP neck pickup. I got to use my one Otis Rush lick!
Thanks. That’s what I made for dinner for me and the kids tonight. A nice Chinese-style chicken, broccoli, and egg over rice.
I played both parts on my Gretsch Penguin with TV Jones classics.
@fendrguitplayr : sweet clean sound, classic blues licks. Also dig the double stops towards the end. Nice take!
@Mjark : your sounds has a sweet edge on it. Nice licks throughout with some especially good ones, and I like how yo integrate the arpeggios.
@Swingbass : you have a very specific way of playing; lots of chords / arpeggios and jazzy elements like octaves. Yes, it sounds quite jazzy in the end.
@knh555 : while I know that broccoli is a very healthy vegetable, I just don´t like it at all. Which is quite different with this broccoli!
@bgmacaw : like your thrifty playing here; it gives more meaning to the oarticular notes played. Nice sound also.
@guitarsophist : sounds like a classic blues track from the early seventies; but then there are some lines that fall out of the scheme.
Blues you can use and played nicely with good tone!
I heard that one lick (All Your Love) - I loved the John Mayall "Beano" version of that song.
