Anyone try out this "tone burst" stomp? Quality company, I wonder how
this venture into pedals will go. I always like transparent boosts..

The sound samples don't impress me much. All 4 of the new pedals sound like a hundred other pedals. Nothing new aand exciting for me. Bandwagon anyone?

Agreed - I'm sure the pedals are meticulously built and use high-quality components, but there's nothing here that makes me want to go out and get the set of four Mesa pedals. If anything, I was more interested in the amp they were plugging into as opposed to the pedals.

All Mesa needs to do is convince Petrucci to endorse these and they will sell a butt load - regardless how they sound.

I picked up one of the graphic EQ pedals, just the plain one. I like have control over the input & output levels, as well as each band, so I'm sort of using it as boost pedal. It's a pretty solid piece of gear, though maybe a bit on the high end of the market.

I realize TDPRI isn't exactly a Mesa haven, but I am interested in most of these newer Mesa pedal offerings. Bumped another older thread here the other day asking for any experiences...none so far. Some clips are pretty impressive and from what little I've found, most who've used them give them pretty solid reviews. The only one I don't have any interest in is the Throttle Box. Anybody else use any or have interest?

Does that EQ pedal have a contollable boost? BTW, thank you for your input.
