Incredible player, he's been posting on YouTube since he was around 16, very humble too in his Q&A videos.

He's got a very strange accent, I'm aware he's Russian but it sounds like he got English lessons, at one point, by somebody with a thick Black Country in the English Midlands accent, either that or a very drunk Ozzy Osborne.

I'm baffled about his pick technique.

Yeah, he doesn't pick that much ! and every notes ring and has the same lenght. I can't even do regular 8 notes pull offs steadily.
