    So today I encountered a Mary Kay CV strat for the first time.
    Oh boy.

    Can anyone share any info on when these were produced // how many were produced?

    I can't recall every seeing them offered new from Squier. My gut says every one of them (which only show up used) are White Blond CV Squiers that the owners swapped gold hardware onto.
