I'm having no luck finding a copy of the songbook for Marshall Crenshaw's "Life's Too Short" album. It's probably out of print. Does anyone have any idea where I could find one online? Maybe a shop/website that specializes in s/h music?

Nice album. I was sad when he liquidated his guitar gear.

Not really interested in tabs, I'd like to get a copy of the printed songbook.

Have a look on 2nd hand sites every once in a while, one might pop up. But it doesn't look that common. Or 2nd hand library with a music section.

I don't see it anywhere. Why not shoot an email to his "people" and see if they can help. He's probably got a box of them in his basement. Ya never know!

Don't know when that was, but when he played a show in our town here, he borrowed my '69 SFVR; he played solo with a hollow body electric at fair volume and I was pretty impressed with his control of the potential for feedback.

This is a shot in the dark, but there is, or was, a bookstore in Amherst Mass that had the biggest and deepest inventory of sheet music books I've ever seen ... example, they had Neil Young's Shocking Pinks album music book haha .... try a search for bookstores there and who knows maybe you can come up with it, good luck!

How cool to have Marshall borrow your guitar! Yeah, I think it was about 10 years ago, maybe... lots of his gear on eBay. Likely just downsizing from larger venues to more intimate performances. Glad to see that he's still musically active.

    That's what I've been doing.
The annoying thing is that I used to have a copy and it jut disappeared during a move.
