Without thinking, I ordered some Orange Drop 0.1uf and 0.022uf caps to use in my 50w Plexi build as coupling caps. The original caps in the circuit were rated at 630v, but these are rated at 600v. Is this a problem? I think that B+ is lower than 600v (I think it's usually 450?) so maybe it's fine?

The 600v will be fine as long as your using a normal 50 watt style PT. The early amps had voltages approaching 500v (and sometimes higher) and work just fine with 400v Phillips Mustard caps for many years.
