Marshall 1986 into 2 greenbacks - possible damage?

    Hey, any of you guys know if 2 greenbacks (most likely 30w ones) could handle the power of a cranked 50w marshall? Haven't people sent something like 100w heads into one 4x12 greenback cab without damage?

    yes your fine, just make sure your impedance is good and rock out. Your not sending 50w into EACH speaker its spread in between the two.

    Depends on how cranked, I'd say. I use a blue and a G12H30 with my JTM45. No problems, thus far, but I always play it clean and use pedals for overdrive. I'm not sure if I'd trust it flat out.
