my 'rule of thumb' is emulate the hedgehog from the mid 80's. Anything more is too much, anything less dishonors the hedgehog.

Manscaping is when you condescendingly grab the bag of mulch from a woman's hands.

I'm not an austin powers fan, and did not catch the reference on first read. I took this for a personal story and had to break my rules about imbibing before breakfast.

Clear cutting can prevent forest fires. It also removes potential habitat for unwanted wildlife. However, naturalists object to it. When you think about it though, maybe it is something Californians should seriously consider. o_O

    It's not gooch clearing; it's a fire-safety plan . . .

Trim the hedge perhaps, but leave the base intact.

Try not to damage the roots.

when i was in nursing school, the only guy in my class, i listened in horror while my classmates talked about what they prefer from their boyfriend's manscaping. all of them insisted on trimming... and most of them wanted clean shaven.

    they weren't talking about beards...

I got bored in the tub once about 20 years ago. I got laughed at by the person I was trying to impress. Now I make sure I have reading materials while soaking to keep my mind occupied.

I find it odd that men use to shave their face and let the other end grow, now they shave the other end and let their face grow wild.

Geeez, gettin' itchy just reading this stuff. Gonna have to launch a Telecaster bridge thread just to feel clean again. And you all wonder why the Bad Dog gets such a bad rep!

Please I am not familiar with the term bush hog, Is it a stomp box, an all terrain vehicle, or have you struck up a new very earthy romance.

I am sincerely glad for the fact I can't think of situation where I might be exposed to that sort of thing. I had a horrible vision of a parade of Bad Doggers, in cowboy hats and boots, linked arm in arm naked save for a pair of chaps dancing and high stepping on the stage at Radio City showing off their MANSCAPING!
