Thing is - I never got to introduce myself to Toadman. We arrived shortly after 9, band is in full swing, we drank a beer, danced to a tune or two, and almost one and a half hours later, the band is still at it My girlfriend has some more plans for that Saturday night, so we went.

hey! thanks guys! sorry i missd you mr Undafunk! i did wonder who that was taking a picture of me!
the gig was GREAT!! much better than expected! as it turns out I DIDN"T HAVE TO DRIVE!!!! we rode down in Slims Jetta wagon! so needless to say i had a few more beers than usual! the crowd was quite receptive, tha sound was crystal clear AND i got to try my Pro Jr plugged into that Marshall 4banger you see in the pic!
madd half price dinner and we had ourselves a great time! i reckon we'll be doing it again in the future. there is a number of folks trying to get zydeco and Louisianna music in more clubs in the city. i know of several bands that would gladly make the trip. NYC's own Doc Marshals being one of them.

anyhoo, thanks for all the support fellas! i'll keep you all posted on subsequent gigs in the city!

forgot to mention that i walked outta there with $80 bucks! all that fun and i GET PAID to boot! WOOHOOO!
