While I find this term ridiculous, I understand it. Here's a partial shot of mine - 0.jpg

Suitcase drum set, Mooer Little Monster BM atop a 1x12 cab (w/WGS Veteran 30), Ibanez 10 Series Comp, Chorus and Delay, 2010 MJT Thinline, 1955 Gibson ES-225T, 1976 Takamine 12 string Dreadnaught (w/CF Martin looking headstock logo) and some other guitars not shown in the picture. And tons of pedals and several other amps that I gig with.

I don't care for the term either, but here's mine. I have one and a half walls in a spare bedroom. Left to right is home studio, computer, ham desk . . . reloading bench . . . gun smith, guitar, and soldering table.

I go for more of the "controlled chaos" motif...

We all call my mancave a "Music Room."

Used to call it the oldest son's bedroom.

Mine is just "the guitar room." It isn't a "studio" according to either the teaching model or the recording model (a recording studio is where I work). It is a combination work room where I prepare for sessions and an unwinding place where I can play for my own enjoyment. Oh, and I rarely clean it.

    Ha....
When I first noticed (I'm old) that long, thin device between your Fender and the monitors I thought it was a 1/4" patch bay for cabling.
    Like...oh....about 140 stereo pairs. :)

Me....I've evolved and leaned out quite a bit over the decades and much prefer it: I refer to my space as The Wolf's Den.
(EDIT: it's in the basement...about 12x14....works well for a solo song writing bottom feeder like myself)

But this doesn't really do it justice because you can't see the mounted longhorns, the Pinewood Derby cars, the family photos, wooden kung fu practice swords, cow skull hatrack, or "Protected by Smith & Wesson" plaque. Or the huge pile of gun and guitar cases.

That's exactly where mine is, converted about a week after he moved out. On his first visit back he commented "Well, that didn't take long".

When I get home later tonight, I'll take a couple photos of the rest of the room that I almost never show....something other than my usual 'amp corner' shot like the one I posted above. There's a bunch of crap in that room.

A folding drafting table, a smallish Browning gun safe, there's a 1929 Russian Mosin Nagant military rifle hanging upside down on a String Swing, you know, crap like that, and lots of misc. and mysterious junk.
