No town has ever allowed H-Man to take the wheels off his converted cargo container, and all have court orders banning land owners from renting to him.

TeleBrew is the Rocky Mountain “Man in the Iron Mask”. No political intrigue, he’s just too homely to be let loose uncovered.
All of the south Jersey law enforcement offices know Kflam on a first name basis.
Stringy's book of aliases is a couple pages short of War and Peace. Somehow, the police manage to keep track.
