That does it, gotta have that amp!

The Twilighter has that extra knob: Off - Mono - Stereo - Wet/Dry - Dry/Wet. Set on "Stereo" you should have the same function as the Panoramic offers by default. But you'll have a few additional options as well.

Congrats, pretty sure it won't disappoint! ;)

Meanwhile, here's how 'full vibrato' sounds; https://chirb.it/sEIctb
(just posted this in another thread, might as well share it here :D).

Sidenote; @Flakey, when I was deciding which Twilighter to get (I was favoring the stereo) the weight made me choose for the mono.
The stereo is 'heavens lush' ;), but 'for me' it was going to be to heavy to haul around.

I had the same considerations but I don't play out enough to worry about it and, if I did, what I'm getting paid will determine if I put the extra effort to haul it. Otherwise jam at a friends house will get a Princeton Reverb. $400.00 a night in my pocket, yes, you get the Twilighter.

So if you don't mind me asking....how are you liking your new Magnatone? I've just recently come to know about them and I'm very interested.

I currently run a DRRI plus an old red knob Fender Super 60, but I've been considering a Tone King Imperial II, or possibly one of Mark Bartel's newest series of amps. Although, after hearing and reading a bit more about these Mag amps I'm thinking a bit differently

    Any insight is greatly appreciated....
    Cheers

BEST AMP EVER !!!!!!!! I actually get requested to bring the amp. It likes every guitar I have. Simplicity that works well. Non musicians even comment on it. Its an amp that lets the guitar be itself. Responds well to playing dynamics. The Twilighter 2X12 doesn't really weigh all that much more than the Panoramic 2x10. If you go this route get the 2 speakers format. The panning is just fantastic. People (non musicians) do notice.

Sounds amazing....my only issue is size and weight. If that weren't an issue I'd jump all over the two spkr format.

I gotta get out and hear one of these....much thanks

Just picked up a Lyric Custom 660. The schematic inside says built by Magna model 262. Two Jensen CR12-R's. The tubes speakers and transformers date to the first quarter of 1965. It is in extremely good shape! Missing one knob though.

Thanks! Looks like the original owner might have used it for an accordion and when accordion music dwindled in popularity the amp was shelved. The corners were a bit frayed and the bottom tolex was loose. I carefully superglued the lifted and frayed tolex and rubbed the small wear areas with Cordovan shoe polish. Taking my time to decide if I should make some leather corner protectors alá Mesa Boogie or come up with a far less noticeable solution.

AZ you might have a real sleeper with that 192 model, not sure of its specs but i have a 190 that is serious business.. its cranks. got it for 20 bucks at a yard sale. about 20 years later an electrician i hired was the original owner! his ex had sold it in her yard sale. he didnt ask to get it back or i may have caved.
